Turkish drone maker Baykar generated $2.2 billion in exports in 2025, accounting for 88% of its total revenue, maintaining its position as the world’s largest exporter in the unmanned aerial vehicle segment, the company said.
Baykar’s total revenue reached $2.5 billion in 2025, with exports continuing to dominate its income, according to figures announced at the 5th Global Strategies Conference on Defence and Aviation Industry organized by Turkey’s Presidency of Defence Industries.

Baykar was named Turkey’s defense and aviation export leader in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, based on data from the Presidency of Defence Industries and the Turkish Exporters Assembly. In 2023, the company accounted for roughly one-third of Turkey’s total defense and aviation exports, followed by about one-quarter in 2024.
The company has signed export agreements with 36 countries for the Bayraktar TB2 armed drone and with 16 countries for the Bayraktar AKINCI unmanned combat aerial vehicle, bringing the total number of customer countries to 37
