BAE Systems and Bin Hilal Enterprises sign MoU to support ACV oppurtunities

BAE Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bin Hilal Enterprises, a United Arab Emirates regional defense and aerospace company, that will see the two companies leverage their combined expertise and resources to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) in the Middle East.

The collaboration will build a strong foundation for localized services and enhance supply chain efficiency, improving the availability of spare parts, maintenance and long-term sustainment for ACV in the region.

“BAE Systems and Bin Hilal have a shared vision of fostering regional expertise and providing robust lifecycle support for the vehicle in the Middle East,” said Rebecca McGrane, vice president of Amphibious Programs at BAE Systems. “This agreement aligns with our commitment to support our allies’ defense modernization efforts with the world-class pedigree and capability of the ACV.”

“Bin Hilal Enterprises is proud to partner with BAE Systems in this strategic collaboration, reinforcing the Amphibious Combat Vehicle’s capabilities in the Middle East,” said James Smith, CEO of BHE-Land Systems “Together, we are focused on ensuring localized support, enhancing regional expertise and providing robust lifecycle support for ACV in the Middle East. This partnership drives defense innovation, long-term sustainment, and strengthens the region’s defense modernization and economic growth.”

The ACV-P variant is featured at the BAE Systems booth #03-C10 at IDEX this week.
