Anduril unveils Pulsar-L for rapid electromagnetic warfare deployment

Anduril Industries has introduced Pulsar-L (Pulsar-Lite), the newest variant in its Pulsar family of software-defined Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) systems.

Designed to deliver high-performance electromagnetic effects in a compact and portable form, Pulsar-L offers detection, identification, tracking, and defeat capabilities — without the rigidity, manual complexity, and threat-specific limitations common to existing EW systems.

Pulsar-L is engineered for operational autonomy, allowing warfighters to maintain battlefield focus.
The system can be deployed within two minutes, providing a decisive EW shield before combat engagement begins, and does not require high levels of technical specialization.

Anduril is fielding Pulsar-L in two configurations:

  • Airborne – for airborne EW missions,
  • Expeditionary – for ground operations by warfighters.

The system is ready for immediate use, adaptable to a wide range of missions, and its modular architecture allows for seamless upgrades as technology evolves.
Pulsar-L can operate independently or integrate with Anduril’s Lattice platform, as well as other command-and-control and Common Operating Picture solutions like TAK.

Already deployed in field operations, Pulsar-L offers users a proactive advantage against evolving threats, aiming to avoid the obsolescence that affects traditional systems.

Anduril has stated that Pulsar-L can be produced at scale — thousands of units annually — to meet the demand for scalable EW solutions.
