Amaury de Poncins, VP Asia Pacific International Business Development at KNDS, introduced the self-propelled Howitzer at Defense & Security 2023 fair in Thailand.
He said that the self-propelled Howitzer has been chosen and in service now in more than 13 countries all over the world. It is also in service in the French army. He said that Thailand is one of the countries where the Howitzer is operating.
When asked about the cooperations regarding the Howitzer, de Poncins said the following:
“We do understand that this market is waiting for transfer of technology and strategic cooperation in this regards. We are in all the countries where we market our solutions, establishing strategic partnerships with key industrial partners to whom we aim at transferring whatever technology to the needs in respect of our rules for export license, of course. But yes, we are in the spirit of cooperation.”
