In an interview with Defensehere.com Harry Dawson, the Director of Business Development at EDGE Group, presented their state-of-art products at Egypt International Airshow.
He said that EDGE showcased its cutting-edge technologies and advanced systems across three key areas which are electronic warfare, smart weaponry and autonomy.
He highlighted the importance of exports, which is the main focus of the company. He said that EDGE is currently supplying its technology and capabilities over fifty countries worldwide.
He also underlined that the company’s last year revenue was $5 billion with 30% of it being from exports.
Dawson also made the following statement regarding EDGE’s position globally:
“EDGE Group, as I mentioned, is an international organization based out of the UAE. We’re global. So, our focuses globally, primarily, are in the Asia-Pacific region. Our focus is to concentrate on the three core areas that I’ve mentioned.”
