Countdown begins: Less than 100 days to world's premier global space event IAC

The International Astronautical Congress (IAC) is rapidly approaching, scheduled for Oct. 14-18 at the prestigious Milano Convention Centre.

With less than 100 days remaining, Milan is poised to become the global hub of space exploration, welcoming over 10,000 esteemed experts, scientists, engineers, industry leaders, and astronauts.

Organized by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and hosted in collaboration with the Italian Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics (A.I.D.A.A), the Italian Space Agency (ASI), and Italian defense and aerospace company Leonardo, IAC 2024 promises to be the foremost international conference on space and astronautics.

Under the theme "Responsible Space for Sustainability," this edition will be the largest to date, boasting more than 150 international exhibitors and a remarkable 4,000 speakers representing 96 countries.

Attendees can expect five days brimming with discussions and debates on critical space sector topics, including sustainable exploration of the Moon and Mars, Earth observation amid climate change, the integration of big data, AI, and robotics in space missions, as well as orbital safety and sustainability.
