Launched by the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) and developed by Roketsan, the ATMACA missile successfully hit its target in a firing with Türkiye's first domestic and national Turbojet Engine (KTJ-3200) developed by Kale R&D.
President of Defence Industries Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün shared the following on his social media account regarding the development of the project:
"Listen to the voice coming through; that voice will carry us into the future! Our national platforms, strengthened by our national engines, add momentum to the goal of full independence of our defense industry and change the games in the field. Launched under the auspices of our Presidency and developed by Roketsan, the ATMACA Missile successfully hit its target in the firing carried out with Türkiye's first domestic and national Turbojet Engine (KTJ-3200) developed by Kale R&D.
