ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, eylem plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015fmi\u015f yapay zekan\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 dijital ortam\u0131n siber g\u00fcvenli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla \u00fcye \u00fclkeler, sanayi temsilcileri ve AB d\u00fczeyindeki kurulu\u015flar\u0131n bir araya getirilece\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>Etkili bir siber g\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7in yeni teknolojilerin nas\u0131l kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi ve k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullan\u0131labilece\u011finin kapsaml\u0131 \u015fekilde anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, Yapay Zeka Yasas\u0131 uyar\u0131nca geli\u015fmi\u015f yapay zeka modellerinin AB pazar\u0131na sunulmadan \u00f6nce de\u011ferlendirmeden ge\u00e7irilece\u011fi ve risk azalt\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6nlemlerin titizlikle incelenece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, AB Komisyonunun 2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda faaliyete ge\u00e7mesi hedeflenen Avrupa d\u00fczeyinde ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir yapay zeka de\u011ferlendirme kapasitesi olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131, bu yap\u0131n\u0131n AB Yapay Zeka Ofisinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 ve yapay zeka modellerinin g\u00fcvenlik risklerine ili\u015fkin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z de\u011ferlendirmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Komisyonun ayr\u0131ca Avrupa Siber G\u00fcvenlik Ajans\u0131 (ENISA) ile birlikte kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmi\u015f yapay zeka sistemlerine g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde eri\u015fimini sa\u011flayacak ortak bir yol haritas\u0131 haz\u0131rlayaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ENISA ile AB Komisyonu Ortak Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezinin (JRC), finans, enerji, sa\u011fl\u0131k, ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve kamu y\u00f6netimi gibi kritik sekt\u00f6rlerde kullan\u0131lacak yapay zeka uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 test etmek amac\u0131yla g\u00fcvenli test ortamlar\u0131 olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, geli\u015fmi\u015f yapay zeka modellerinin siber g\u00fcvenlik alan\u0131nda k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fimlere yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret edilerek, bu teknolojilerin k\u00f6t\u00fc niyetli ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek, sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 otomatikle\u015ftirmek ve siber sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131 ile \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fini art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131labilece\u011fi vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Haz\u0131rlanan eylem plan\u0131n\u0131n, \u00fcye \u00fclkeler, sanayi kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve AB kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 bir araya getirerek Birli\u011fin dijital altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015f yapay zekan\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li hale getirmeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, AB&#8217;nin yapay zeka teknolojilerinin k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullan\u0131lmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanabilecek risklere kar\u015f\u0131 kritik altyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, AB&#8217;nin siber g\u00fcvenlik kurallar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda kurulu\u015flar\u0131n siber hijyen uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131, risk y\u00f6netimi tedbirlerini ve &#8220;tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda g\u00fcvenlik&#8221;
