The U.S. Government signed a $4 billion Foreign Military Financing (FMF) loan guarantee agreement with Poland in Warsaw on September 9, the U.S. Department of State informs.
The document was signed by Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Thomas DiNanno on behalf of the U.S. Government.
As part of the broader U.S.—Poland strategic partnership, the agreement follows the delivery of F-35 aircraft to Poland in May 2026. Previously, Poland also acquired Apache helicopters, Patriot missile systems, HIMARS, and advanced radar technologies.
