Polish defense group PGZ’s subsidiary WZE S.A. has signed agreements with U.S. defense companies Lockheed Martin and Raytheon to produce components for the Patriot air defense system in Poland, the companies said on Wednesday.
The agreements, signed at the MSPO 2026 defense industry fair, cover serial production of Attitude Control Section (ACS) components and energy-storage assembly (ESA) modules for the Patriot system’s PAC-3 MSE interceptor and LTAMDS radar.
The deals are intended to expand production capacity and strengthen supply chains supporting Poland and other NATO customers.

At MSPO, Lockheed Martin and WZE held a ceremony marking an upcoming production order for PAC-3 MSE attitude-control systems. The ACS components help steer the interceptor during flight and support its hit-to-kill capability.
The first ACS units manufactured in Poland are expected to be delivered to the United States in 2027.
“Poland is a rich source of engineering talent and offers strong manufacturing capability,” Brian Kubik, vice president of Lockheed Martin’s PAC-3 Programs, said on Wednesday.
Separately, WZE signed an agreement with Raytheon covering energy-storage units for the LTAMDS Patriot radar.
The ESA modules store and regulate power for the gallium-nitride arrays used in LTAMDS, Raytheon’s next-generation 360-degree active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar designed to upgrade Patriot air-defense batteries.
WZE became the first non-U.S. supplier of the ESA modules under offset work linked to Poland’s Wisła Phase 2 Patriot program. Raytheon has now placed an additional production order with the Polish company.
Each LTAMDS radar uses dozens of the assemblies. Production at WZE’s facility in Zielonka is expected to expand Poland’s capacity to manufacture high-reliability electronic components while supporting radar deliveries to both Poland and the United States.
Poland has been expanding its air-defense capabilities as part of a broader military modernization program, including through purchases and domestic production linked to the Patriot system.
