MBDA subsidiary GDI Simulation acquires AGENIUM Group

French defense technology company GDI Simulation, a subsidiary of European missile manufacturer MBDA, announced its acquisition of AGENIUM Group. According to the company, the transaction makes AGENIUM a wholly-owned subsidiary, creating a combined entity of approximately 120 employees focused on developing advanced simulation, artificial intelligence, and virtual training solutions for multi-domain military applications.

MBDA press release:

AGENIUM Group becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of GDI Simulation. The acquisition gives rise to an entity bringing together approximately 120 employees.

The new relationship builds on the existing activities, markets and industrial partnerships established by GDI Simulation and AGENIUM Group.
